Acer palmatum 'Hupp's Dwarf'

A very odd dwarf maple tree that averages about 2-3 inches of new growth per year. Very rare in the trade mainly because of the difficulty in propagation. The small foliage is layered over one another in a very tight form, when it emerges the leaves are bright green with a pink edge then hardens off to a deep green. 10 year size is about 3 feet tall and about 2 feet wide.
