A large evergreen tree eventually maturing to 70' tall by 30' wide under most
urban conditions. An upright pyramidal growth habit with medium growth rate. It prefers a well-drained soil in full sun, but
can adapt to almost any poor soil (clay, dry and various soil pH conditions). Cannot be placed in wet soils or shady areas.
Used often for screening but should be avoided in smaller residential yards
as it will become too large. Other cultivars of this plant better suited for these areas.
